- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was using a large accounting firm in upstate NY. It was costing me a lot of money and they were making mistakes and could not do my tax returns correctly. I met Paul Tsatsos and he checked it over and told me that the way they prepared my returns, I would be liable for $45,000 in taxes. Plus, they made several mistakes and Paul told me that withing 6 months I would get a letter from the IRS for an additional $85,000. Well, Paul took care of everything. He filled out the proper papers and I never encountered any problems in all the years he has represented me. BTW, he also went through all my prior years return from this other firma and found that they neglected to tell me that I could have put more funds into a ROTH IRA. That cost me a lot. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used him for several years. Every year he kept getting slower and slower. Had to keep calling him to ask for updates on our return. This year he charged more than double a fee saying it included hours of research. Other cpas did the research in 15-20 min. Paul is too old and prefers everything in his simple little box.
